i want to grow my nails and i heard that nail polish is like a barrier against damage. but i do know that my nails did not get better until i stopped using polish.
are there any good nail polishes, that will aid in nail growth? or is there anyway to make nail polish myself?

Sally Hansen Nail Growth Miracle (Walmart, Target) $ 7
Essie Nail Care (Macy’s) $ 8
Pink Armor Nail Gel (Sears) $ 10
My favorite is the Essie Nail Care but the others work great too 😀
