Question by Natalie: How do I motivate myself to workout and do my hair and makeup everyday?
I used to spend 1 and a half hours getting dressed everyday, I would put on blush and VERY pretty eyeshadow to match my clothes, and I would spend 2.5 hours working out. When I was doing that I used to fix myself up so nice how do I get myself back into that swing of things? and stay motivated to do so

My skin is super pretty still I have like flawless skin, just a little oily no pimples, blemishes or blackheads.
I just want to motivate myself to look nice all the time and workout again

think of something you really REALLY want and set goals for yourself to complete each week. After you complete each goal, think of it as you getting one step closer to getting that thing you want. Make sure to reward yourself (but not too much lol)

    You don’t need to be fake, this world already has enough fake people as it is. As for working out, which is actually a good thing, since it is actually improving your body instead of damaging it, you just have to make yourself go. A good way is to find someone who likes working out with you, that way you can go together and help keep each other motivated.

  • Take a page from the dude playbook and hang something on your bedroom wall that sexually excites you. That may not interest you as a general concept, but it’ll probably end up working 😛
