I have like a dark blonde hair with light green eyes. Any good makeup tips to make my eyes stand out more?

Green eyes look amazing with pinks and purples, which would also go well with your hair colour. Browns also accentuate green eyes too.
I would put a light shimmery colour (silvery or gold/white) in your inner corner, and cover your eye in different pinks. (I use the Urban Decay Naked palette; virgin in the inner corner, sin on the inner half of my eye and toasted on the outer half. There’s also a purple kind of colour that I think is called Hustle that can go in the crease/outer corner to darken it up.)
If you want eyeliner, I would go for a brown, or you could use Hustle on an angled liner brush. Top it off with black mascara.

For green eyes blacks, purples, pinks, sometimes greens, but I also recommend teals or aquas like this:
